We would like to thank you for your patience and for shopping with The Wright Mindset. It is important for us to provide safe and sanitized products to our customers in a timely manner. We are experiencing a 2-3 day delay in processing and shipping. Please contact us with any concerns.

Are pre-orders given priority?

Yes, pre-orders are given priority over regular sales of the same item. Emails are sent weekly to keep customers updated on their orders. 

What are normal processing and shipping times?

Orders are processed within 24 hours during normal business hours. Orders placed after 4 PM EST will be processed within 48 hours. Fast shipping is automatically applied to orders before 4 PM M - F. Items that have been selected after 4 PM will be shipped within 2-3 days after processing.

We offer 24 hour pick-ups that must be requested by email following completion of order. 24 hour pick-up is not available during pre-orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship everywhere. International items may take longer than Domestic items.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Orders cannot be cancelled after 48-hour period of processing. Please email us if you would like to cancel your order and we will assist the best that we can. Items can be exchanged, but not refunded. Please email us within 7 days of receiving the item for us to appropriately respond.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit to customers.
